  • Services booked would be decided finally through mutual choice of date and time and/as facets of cost

  • Customers must give the correct information regarding the collection and delivery locations and items.

  • If there was any wrong or incomplete information given, this could lead to some delays or additional expenses.

3. Pricing & Charges

  • The prices are quoted on the basis of the information provided by the customer

  • For the final charges, the cost could be varied depending on the variation of the volume, distance, floor, or other services.

  • Extra Charges for Stairs, Long Carry, Heavy Luggage, Toll, Parking, and Waiting Time

  • Payment would be made as per the terms mutually agreed before or on completion of the requested service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customers must satisfy the following:

  • To ensure things are ready for packing, according to the scheduled time.

  • Informing us about delicate or precious items in advance

  • The use of society permissions, parking space, elevator access

  • Presence or sending a rep Pick-up and delivery

5. Restricted & Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Dangerous Illicit or Contraband Items.

  • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials

  • Money, jewelry, precious documents, or other articles unless declared in writing

  • The Shakti Packers & Movers will not assume any liability for the damage or loss of the proscribed materials.

6. Damage & Liability

  • The items we send are very carefully packed, though there might be minute scratches due to transit.

  • We cannot be held liable in respect to damage to items packed either by customers or third parties.

  • Responsibility for property damage due to natural disasters, accidents, and unexpected events

    Any claims, if, must be submitted at the time of delivery

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling must be advised in advance

  • Cancellation charges may be applied depending on the level of service development

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed on the basis of the company’s policy
